Meditation for all is essential for god health, With the continued stress loads on physicians, it is more important than ever that MD's take up some form of meditation. Meditation has been now scientifically validated to show improvements in anxiety, depression and other stress related disorders.

• Over 99% of patients prefer informal address.
• Greater than one-third having a preference to being called a name other than their legal first name.
